Unfortunately, due to our coffee & teas' perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want to provide you with the best Lady Falcon experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee or tea purchase, please contact us at info@ladyfalconcoffeeclub.com within 7 days of delivery and we will issue you a full refund.
